Biography                

Before he joined the Okanagan Lakers, Jon played for the OKM Huskies and counts winning a gold medal at the National Tae Kwon Do Championshops among his greatest achievements. 

His favourite movies include Enter the Dragon, Ong Bak, and The Matrix.  His favourite T.V shows include The Office and Family Guy, and he enjoys most genres of music except for country.
