Game Recap:
  The UBC Okanagan Heat drew with Timberwolves of UNBC on Saturday in Prince George eliminating the Heat from playoff contention. The game remained scoreless at half time with both teams creating numerous scoring opportunities in the first half. Heat's Thomas Simkins scored his team leading fourth goal of the season on a deflection from an Austin Ross header in the 65th minute of the game. With playoff contention in sight, UNBC clawed it's way back into the game scoring with just 5 minutes remaining. The Heat were unable to score again ending the game in a 1-1 tie. Coach Justin Boersma, "We are very proud of the way our guys battled today. UNBC has been very good at home this season. Our guys left everything out on the field today and played their hearts out. As coaches, we couldn't have asked for a better effort."

The Heat Men finish off their season on the road next weekend against Douglas College and Kwantlen Polytechnic University Games at 3pm on Saturday 2pm on Sunday
