Game Summary:

A slow start found the Heat down 24-7 at the end of the first quarter. Capilano came out strong shooting 53% from the field enabling the Blues to a 44-23 lead at the half. The UBC O women struggled to put points up on the board while in the paint and also from the field. Down 33 points at the start of the fourth quarter the girls were able to step up their game late going on a 26-5 run to close to within 12 points. The comeback attempt was too little and too late for the Heat with a final score of 68-54 securing the win for blues. Madison Kaneda led the team with 13 points while Meghan McGill chipped in 10 points.
