Yoga Class Fitness Class

Students: All group fitness classes are FREE when you bring your student card

Staff:   Single drop-in $4

             3 classes for $10

                 Unlimited Semester Pass $30

 Yoga

Mostly consisting of hatha yoga practices, include breathing and relaxation practices along with poses that foster good posture, improved flexibility & strength, and self-awareness. Join our trained professional for a more relaxing yet highly effective form of physical activity. All levels of yoga enthusiasts welcome.

Instructor: Nicole

Days: Tuesdays at noon (12.05-12.55pm)

Zumba

Is exercise sometimes too much work and not enough fun? Then Zumba is for you! Join one of our qualified Zumba instructors in this amazing workout that incorporates traditional Latin dance rhythms into an amazing full body workout. You’ll be having so much fun in this action packed class that you won’t even realise that you’ve had a better work out than your average routine. No dance experience necessary.

Instructor: Melissa / Kristi

Days: Varying (Wed/Thurs/Fri) 12.05-12.55pm
