Uploading Student Grades to Faculty Service Centre
If you maintain your grades on a spreadsheet (or if you have downloaded them from WebCT), you can use this method to submit your grades to the Faculty Service Centre (FSC).
-
LOGIN to FSC
- Select the Session Year for which you would like to enter grades (the default is the current year). This is the academic year and not necessarily the calendar year. (e.g. A class held from Jan-April 2011 is still in the 2010 academic year.)
- Select the Session Code (the default is Winter).
- Specify the Term that course takes place in (the default is Any*).
* you must choose a term
- Enter the Subject. This should be the same 3 or 4 digit alpha code that is used in the Course Schedule and the Calendar (e.g. Chemistry should be entered as CHEM).
- Enter the Course Number. Most courses are a combination of 3 numbers but if a letter is also part of the course number, it must be included (e.g. 201 or 228A).
- Enter the Section. Click on 'View Sections' for a list of all sections relative to your course number. Leave this field blank if submitting grades for more than one section.
- Click Upload Grades (HTML) or Upload (JAVA)
