- undertaking a broad assessment of and identify promising innovations and strategies for the applications of distance education and ICT in education with a particular focus on supporting access to quality UCE among disadvantaged populations including minorities, women, and remote communities; and
- supporting and designing a very modest and targeted pilot test of promising approaches and technologies with a tight pro-equity focus. My role was to report to the ADB and guide remaining efforts from fellow consultants and resource persons, in close dialogue with MOE and other agencies and institutions to complete remaining TA activities.
