    • I came in at the end of the project, after the original ICT consultant had been dismissed. In the final phases of the project, the objectives included
      • undertaking a broad assessment of and identify promising innovations and strategies for the applications of distance education and ICT in education with a particular focus on supporting access to quality UCE among disadvantaged populations including minorities, women, and remote communities; and
