Recertification and/or Upgrading of Teaching Qualifications
From the UBC Okanagan Calendar 2012/13:
Students who are required by the TRB to complete courses for recertification purposes, or who wish to complete courses in order to be upgraded by TQS, may apply to the UBC Okanagan campus Faculty of Education to attend part time. Admission will depend on space availability.
Purpose
Teacher Upgrading provides teachers with the opportunity to update teaching credentials and to become familiar with recent developments in British Columbia schools.
