One of the best resources for you is the International Students Services office. They can provide important assistance and advice.
Renewing Study permits
The International Students Services office can help you collect the information required for renewing your study permit.
Proof of Enrollment
You will occasionally need to obtain proof of enrollment from UBC. This is obtained form the Student Service Centre.
Letters to Government Describing Support Received
Some governments require letters from UBC saying, for instance, that your travel has not been paid for. These can typically be obtained from Ms. Tingstad.
Confirmation of Payroll Earnings Letters
In some cases, such as when applying for permanent residency, you will need to obtain letters documenting your payroll earnings. These can be obtained from Ms. Wakeman.
