Information on admissions and student life is available for UBC School of Engineering programs for prospective undergraduate students and graduate students.

The School of Engineering strives to graduate engineers that are able to conceive, design, implement, and operate complex value-added engineering systems in modern team-based environments. We transition students that come into our programs into individuals that can truly "engineer" when they leave. In doing so, we create engineers that can create, maintain and improve many aspects of our modern world.

To achieve these goals, we implement a curriculum that develops good oral and written communication abilities, plus skills in planning and teamwork. These attributes are built alongside traditional knowledge of math and science fundamentals and program-specific technical knowledge.

The School of Engineering offers B.A.Sc., M.A.Sc., M.Eng., and Ph.D. degrees in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering. These engineering degrees open the door to many exciting career opportunities, and UBC's Okanagan campus is the best place to earn these degrees. A degree from our UBC Faculty of Applied Science is one of the most respected in Canada.
