Step 1: Student Service Centre Go to the Student Service Centre website. Click on the CWL icon. |

Step 2: Login Enter your CWL Login Name and password, and select “Continue.” NOTE: You would have received your CWL prior to paying your application fee. If you have forgotten your login information, please contact accounts@it.ubc.ca. |

Step 3: Go to Registration Screen In the left-hand menu, select the link to “Registration.” |

Step 4: Select Session and Campus Using your mouse, select the session for registration (e.g. 2009 Winter). Always select UBC Okanagan as your campus. |

Step 5: Go to the Courses List To enter the list, select “Courses.” |

Step 6: Select the Subject Select the Subject Code for the course you want to add (e.g. IGS). |

Step 7: Select the Course Select the course you want to add by clicking on the underlined blue text of the course number. |

What if I Get an Error? You may occasionally get a red error message telling you that your attempt to add a course was unsuccessful. If this happens, you will need to fill out the “Change of Registration/Add or Drop Courses” form available on the College of Graduate Studies website. Your completed form should be submitted to the College of Graduate Studies, Arts Building, Room 360. |
