Convocation Photography
Ceremony Day - Thursday, June 7, 2012
Fine Photography will be at UBC's Okanagan Campus on June 7th to provide students with these services:
- Ceremony shots of on stage presentation. Proofs will be available to view and order online in 1-2 weeks. Grads will be contacted by email with viewing and ordering instructions
- Portrait sittings for individuals (with family and friends if they wish)

**Note that any additional family or friends that you want included in your photos is an additional fee of $10 for up to 3 people.
** Ceremony photos are NOT available for sale or order on ceremony day.
Prior to Ceremony Day
- Please contact your faculty office for information on the photographer that they have engaged.
Convocation Ceremonies online
- This year the Graduation ceremonies will be available to watch online at http://ubco.tv/ . They will be posted approximately 2-3 weeks after Graduation.
UBC Okanagan Souvenirs
- The UBC Okanagan Bookstore will be selling degree frames and other souvenirs in the courtyard the day of Graduation.
Convocation Day & the Alumni Tent
After all the excitement of the formal ceremony, kick back a little on graduation day with a courtyard reception celebrating your important place in the UBC Okanagan community. Enjoy light refreshments with family and friends. Sign the Class of ‘12 poster, soon to hang proudly in University Centre. Commit a piece of your student experience to film and pick up info on how to stay connected with your great school.
