Auxiliary/Casual Positions

Are you flexible and do you like variety? Do you enjoy working in a diverse environment and excel at customer service? Most of our placements are secretarial and clerical positions, but we also have demand for administrative, clinical secretarial and facilities maintenance staff.

Our auxiliary/casual positions are short-term temporary positions that can either be par-time or full-time.  The duration of the appointment can range anywhere from 1 day up until 4 months.  If you are interested in positions longer than 4 months, please visit our staff career opportunities website for further postings. 

What Do You Need to Apply?

Successful candidates must demonstrate professionalism, superior communication skills, flexibility and adaptability.

Technical Requirements

  • software proficiency (Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • a typing speed of 50 words per minute
  • Post secondary education in office administration or a combination of education and experience

Applicants chosen for an interview will be tested to confirm skill level.
