Holistic Nutrition & Habits to Enhance Your Well-Being

These seminars are free to all UBC Okanagan staff and faculty!

Fall/Winter Sessions will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month from 12 Noon to 1 PM. Bring your lunch - water and fruit provided!

The Lunch ‘n’ Lean Seminars will be hosted by Holistic Nutritional Consultant
Angela Wright of Align Nutrition

Angela’s presentation will educate participates on simple ways to be a healthier person such as which foods reduce stress or how to eliminate toxins from our diets and lives for cleaner bodies and lifestyles.

She will help us bring balance to our plates by giving us an understanding of how our bodies are built of the food choices we make & how macronutrients, including blood sugars affect our bodies.

She has been giving educational series of Women’s Wellness Workshops at The Women’s Place (Fitness Centre) in Kelowna. She also is a Registered  Nutritional Consulting Practitioner and founded Align Nutrition in 2005.
