Income Replacement Plan/Disability Benefit Claim Assistance

The Income Replacement Plan (IRP) is a long-term disability insurance benefit for UBC employees experiencing a long term illness or injury that may or may not be work related. The plan provides a monthly income after you have been unable to work for six months or more due to illness or injury.
