The Faculty of Health and Social Development (FHSD) Adminstration office is focused on creating a culture of support within our current staffing structure. We have created a manual for Principal Investigators and Collaborators to supplement personalized staff support to FHSD faculty, and to assist you with some of the primary HR and Finance components of managing your research grants.

Research Resources

Research office space for full or part-time research staff on funded projects

• Research office space in the Reichwald Health Sciennces Centre is currently available as designated space for nursing, social work, and health studies faculty with research staff 
• Priority will be given to faculty hiring full-time research coordinators and/or assistants
• All work station space assigned on a part-time basis will need to be shared with other part-time assignments

The Research Space includes:

• work stations equipped with computers, each with MS Office and SPSS.  Two computers will have NVivo
• Equipment available for loan: one laptop (with docking station, wide-screen monitor and mouse) four voice recorders, and four transcription kits.
