Immunizations
As a component of the University's new Medical Surveillance Program, HSE is promoting free immunizations to those that are exposed to feces and/or blood and body fluids, as a part of their occupation. This may include Facilities Management, ITServices, and Parking and Security workers, as well as designated First Aid attendants. Faculty and staff that work with biological material, animals or other potential hazards should also be screened for risk of exposure.
Those wishing to access free immunizations must complete the Immunization Record and Request for Immunization forms and forward to HSE for consideration.
Those that do not want the Hepatitis B vaccination are asked to contact HSE for a brief interview before completing the Hepatitis B Immunization Refusal form.
