Field Safety
In order to ensure the safety of faculty, staff and students during Field Courses and Field Research the UBC Okanagan Health Safety & Environment (HSE) office has drafted Field Safety Guidelines. The following appendices will act as templates for your specific trip. These templates will not be all inclusive so we encourage you to add any relevant information pertinent to your specific trip which is not included in the templates. HSE requires a minimum of 5 working days to review trip plans and hazard assessments.
