Fragment Analysis & DNA Sequencing Services (FADSS)

FADSS LogoLocated on the UBC Okanagan campus, FADSS provides competitively-priced, state-of-the-art services to provincial, national and international researchers. Fragment Analysis and DNA Sequencing technologies are performed on an Applied Biosystems 3130XL DNA Analyzer, located in Room 347 of the Science Building.

FADSS is a core research facility operating within SARAHS (Centre for Species at Risk and Habitat Studies).  SARAHS mission is to support basic and applied research addressing questions relevant to the structure and function of habitats and populations of species at risk.
