How do I reset my password?

To reset your ACM password, follow the steps below:

1. In your browser, go to the ACM login page at www.ubc.ca/okanagan/cms
   
   

   NOTE: If you are part of a Site Group, there is a separate login page for your Site Group. Click the Site Group link on the main login page at www.ubc.ca/okanagan/cms

   
   
2. Click the Forgot Password link
   
   
   
   
3. Enter your e-mail address in the space provided and click Submit button.  An e-mail will be sent to you with a temporary password.
   
   
   
   
4. Login to ACM with your temporary password.
5. Change your password.
