I received a 'Review Required' notice by e-mail.  What do I do?

Automatic 'Review Notices' are sent by Active Content Manager (ACM) to help ensure that web content is kept current.  Review notices are sent when a page hasn't been reviewed/modified in 180 days (six months).

To review a page:

  1. Login to ACM
  2. Browse to the page requiring review (or click the link provided in the e-mail)
  3. Click Full Edit Icon
  4. Review the page content to ensure accuracy
  5. Click 'Reviewed' button, or 'Edit' button to update content.

NOTE: Your live website (accessible to the public) is not affected when a page is flagged for review.

There is an option to disable Review Notices for certain pages or sections under the Workflow tab in Full Edit mode.

To disable Review Notices for a page:

  1. Login to ACM
  2. Browse to the page you'd like to disable review notices for
  3. Click Full Edit Icon
  4. Click the ‘Workflow’ tab
  5. Under ‘Follow-up Task’, click the ‘None’ radio button.
  6. Submit/Emergency Publish the page
