Help with technology

Ask a lab monitor -  they work in the Learning Commons and in the other computer labs on campus

The IT, Media & Classroom Services site has more information about where to get help with student computing, accounts and passwords, printing, and software used for classes.

For help with specific software used in your class you can also ask your instructors and TAs.

Help with Learning Technologies

Confounded by Clickers, Blackboard Connect, or Turnitin? The Learning Commons Assistant provides peer support to students for learning technologies. Come to the Information Desk in the library at one of the following times:

Monday: 3:30 - 6:30 pm
Tuesday: 9 am - 12 noon
Wednesday: 11 am -2 pm
Thursday: 4 pm -7 pm

Language & Writing Services

Math and Science Help

The Academic Resource Centre in UNC 201 provides general academic support and offers Math and Science help.
