New Management Home

To accomodate the Faculty of Management's tremendous growth, our students will be taught by our dedicated faculty in a new, state-of-the-art facility beginning in the 2011-2012 academic year.

Management

Our new four-story facility, shared with the School of Engineering, features UBC's innovative groundwater geo-thermal exchange system.  At a construction cost of $68 million, the Engineering and Management Building is the largest project undertaken as part of the Okanagan campus master plan.

At 14,500 square metres, the building offers generous space for students, faculty, and staff to socialize, study, and interact.  In its multipurpose classrooms, project rooms, and laboratory facilities, students will come together and build a sense of community both inside and outside of the classroom.  The latest technologies, such as video conferencing and classroom technical support, are incorporated within the Engineering and Management Building to further enrich the teaching and learning experience.
