Welcome to Master of Management Admissions. We are thrilled that you are considering the Master of Management program at UBC's Okanagan campus.
We invite applications from bright, talented, enthusiastic, and creative individuals who are committed to a high level of achievement in all areas of their lives. Candidates are recruited from diverse academic backgrounds. The Master of Management is considered a "pre-experience" graduate business degree. Therefore, work experience is not required for admission to the program. However, any work, volunteer, travel, and extra-curricular experiences that you have had should be clearly communicated in your resume and application essays since these help to give the admissions committee a sense of your leadership potential, maturity, and personal aspirations.
