Responsible Conduct of
ResearchOn December 5, 2011, Canada's Tri-Councils officially launched a new Tri-Agency Framework: Responsible Conduct of Research.

This new framework is an umbrella document that describes agency policies and requirements related to applying for and managing agency funds, performing research and disseminating results. It also outlines the process that institutions and the agencies follow in the event of an allegation of a breach of agency policy.

Office of the Provost and Vice Principal
The Office of the Provost and Vice Principal provides leadership in the areas of Academic Planning, Institutional Research, and Teaching and Learning. The Academic Affairs office oversees planning of academic resources, faculty budgeting and resources for academic programs, and is a liaison for all academic issues on UBC's Okanagan campus.
