Sona Information for Researchers

Sona will allow you to create and manage appointment times (i.e., time slots) and to assign credit to participants. Both on-site and online (e.g., online surveys) studies may be managed on Sona. Also, Sona will allow you to offer the participants a different compensation option, instead of receiving course credit (click here for details on alternative compensation).
Before a study can be made available on Sona for student participation, it must have received approval from the Research Ethics Board. Studies will not be released until Ethics approval is received by the Sona Coordinator.
