The mission of the IT Research Support unit at UBC Okanagan is to enable researchers to realize their full potential by providing superior comprehensive product support and operational support. We do this by listening and communicating the needs of our customers, leveraging existing campus wide resources, and innovating practical and sustainable solutions.
