Amphitheatre

The Amphitheatre, located on the north side of the University Centre, offers a multi-layer setting. This space is a wonderful setting for casual outdoor receptions and informal gatherings.

Commons

The Commons is a large, open grass space. It is a perfect location for informal gatherings, a game of bocce ball and team-building events.

Note: Special permission is required by AVP Students to book the Commons.

Courtyard

The Courtyard is located in the centre of campus with access to the Arts, Science, Library and Administration buildings.  With the inclusion of the water feature (seasonal), this space is ideal for informal gatherings, lunches and receptions.

Arts & Science Courtyard

The Plaza is centrally located, providing high exposure for your event.  This contemporary space can be transformed to meet your various needs.

EME Balcony

The EME wrap around Balcony has a capacity of 55 people and shows off the beautiful landscape of the valley. No liquor or barbeques are allowed. This space is available Monday to Friday form 8am - 5pm for staff, faculty and students.

Please note this area may be booked by an internal faculty or department for a special luncheon event, etc. during those hours with proper signage displayed. External groups may book this space after 5pm only with the above noted restrictions.
