Math and Science Centre

Trouble with Math? Science? Economics? We can help!

The Math and Science Centre at UBC's Okanagan campus provides free, drop in tutoring five days per week. We are located on the second floor of the new University Centre in UNC 201. Staffed with over 20 student tutors who have been through the same subjects, there is always help available when you need it.

We tutor in all math, statistics, science, economics and engineering courses; all you need to do is drop by with your question and connect with a tutor. Our services also expand to meet with certain peak periods, such as before mid terms. There is generally a tutor in every subject at least some part of each day.

The Math & Science Centre offers daily tutoring as well as:

• Additional tutoring sessions leading up to mid terms and final exams
• Supplemental Learning in historically difficult courses
• Back to Basics
