Internet Connection

Wireless internet connections will be available to exhibitors as a complimentary service.

Audio-visual equipment

Participants are responsible for supplying their own AV equipment. AV equipment may also be rented from Show Time in Kelowna. Contact Grant Mackney at 250.868.2465 (or fax 250.868.3313). Show Time will invoice organizations directly for AV equipment, as needed.

Parking on campus

A campus map and complimentary parking passes will be provided to registered employers prior to the event. A UBC Okanagan campus map is also available online.

Booth signage

Signage identifying your organization is not included in the registration fee. Please provide your own display materials and booth signage.

Set-up

Exhibits/materials may be shipped to UBC Okanagan before the actual event. Materials can be directed to:

Please remember to clearly label the materials with the name of your company and other relevant information.

Cancellation

Notice of cancellation must be provided to Career Services in writing or by email. For cancellations made before November 17th, 2011, UBC will refund the full registration fee less a $100 processing charge. Registration fees are not refundable after that date.
