  • Holland Quiz                                                                                                                                                                   Checklist prioritizes six interest areas to generate your top three (paper version). 

      Here is an interactive version from Carleton University-- write down your numerical results before exploring further.  

        For general categories of fit with majors at UBC Okanagan, click here.  Plus, you can use your three-letter results code to do an Advanced Search of occupations by "Interest" in the O*NET.  (O*NET link is in Explore Options, Career Tools)

  •  Keirsey Temperament Sorter
    This 70-item inventory generates a personality profile. The site provides good articles with some descriptive information, but you can also use a variety of library or online resources to gather more career information regarding your profile type.   
  • Transferable Skills Survey
    A skills survey identifies your abilities within five broad skill clusters. This information helps you determine your potential strengths and evaluates career options.
  • Skills Checkbox
    A great overview of skills needed to be successful in the workplace.  Check to see if you have gaps to fill.
  • World of Work - interactive map
    Explore careers by looking at what combination of  interest areas they have.  Are people, data, ideas or things your priority?
