To support you in your work at UBCO, the Equipment Accommodation Fund for employees with disabilities provides for the purchase of adaptive supplies and equipment that will:

• Enable the recruitment of well-qualified faculty and staff with disabilities.

• Provide accommodations to current faculty and staff who become disabled during their careers at UBCO.

As well, the Work Re-integration and Accommodation Program (WRAP) at UBCO helps faculty and staff return to work following absence due to illness or injury.
