Create 2011 Showcase

Students Showcase is the campus' and the community's time to shine for our new-to-UBC students. Showcase will take place during the afternoon of Create in our central Courtyard. Come and learn about your new community and how you can create your own UBC Okanagan campus experience! Campus and community resources will provide information about the opportunities and resources available to students attending UBC's Okanagan campus. Enjoy music, entertainment, and snacks Learn about important information about services and opportunities for UBC students Find out how to get involved on campus and within the surrounding community – volunteering, employment, councils, and more Get your questions answered about money, health, learning services, and other information vital to your UBC experience Enjoy all that this campus and our community has to offer in one afternoon! Students are not required to register for Showcase. Registering for Create automatically ensures your participation in Showcase! Businesses Showcase is an excellent opportunity to share your message with students attending UBC's Okanagan campus, the volunteers who help put Create together, and the staff and faculty at the university. Unfortunately, we have no available spaces for additional businesses at Showcase as of Friday, August 19, 2011. Thank you for your interest. On-Campus Groups and Not-for-Profit Agencies Showcase provides the opportunity for on-campus groups, such as clubs and course unions, as well as local not-for-profit agencies to promote and share their services. This is a great time to share resources, recruit participants and volunteers, and to be a part of the energy of Create. Unfortunately, we have no available spaces for additional on-campus groups nor not-for-profit agencies at Showcase as of Friday, August 19, 2011. Thank you for your interest.
