Transcripts
Transcripts are available to current students and alumni. Official transcripts include the student's complete record at the University of British Columbia. These records are confidential and can be released only with a request from the student, accompanied by payment.
Payment details
- Dollar amounts are in Canadian funds and does not include HST.
- Payment must be made when ordering. You can pay by cheque, money order, MasterCard, and VISA. For in-person requests, you can also pay by debit card.
- Please make cheques and money orders payable to The University of British Columbia. If paying by MasterCard or VISA, please indicate the credit card number and expiry date.
